About Me

My background sits at the intersections of leadership, cross-cultural work, and personal development. I bring extensive experience from leading multicultural, outcome-driven teams across Europe and Asia, working in environments shaped by rapid change, transformations, and complex organizational demands. My work has included developing leaders, strengthening team dynamics, and supporting both personal and professional growth in settings where clarity and adaptability matter. I also work with individuals navigating shifts in their own lives - people who want a steadier way to make sense of what’s changing and to move forward with more intention.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Sociology and I’m a Certified Coach through IECL. I’m someone who listens closely and pays attention to what’s underneath the surface - the patterns, the shifts, and the things you’re trying to articulate but haven’t fully named yet. That mix of experiences, education, and personal development has shaped how I think about growth.

Over the past decades, I’ve seen that people lean toward different ways of approaching growth, and how important it is to have models that reflect individual preferences. A part of my work naturally resonates with individuals who process things internally or prefer a quieter, more reflective way of being supported. This text-based format gives you space to reflect at your own pace, think things through, and articulate what’s shifting with clarity and care. It allows for thoughtful exchanges, steady reflection, and a grounded way of making sense of things as they evolve.
