About Me
My practice sits at the intersection of leadership, cross-cultural work, and personal development thanks to my extensive experience in leading multicultural, outcome-driven teams in Europe and Asia, working in environments shaped by rapid change, transformations, and complex organisational demands.
I’m someone who listens closely and pays attention to what’s underneath the surface – the patterns, shifts, and things you’re trying to articulate but cannot fully name. My unique blend of experience and education has given me a broad spectrum of perspectives into how I think about growth and change. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Organisational Sociology and am an IECL Certified Coach.
In my working life, I’ve seen people crave different approaches to growth, which has taught me the importance of models that reflect individual preferences. My work has helped leaders develop, strengthened team dynamics, and supported both personal and professional growth in settings where clarity and adaptability matter.
From this experience, I’ve built J.Blo Coaching as a practice to help people navigate shifts in their own lives, offering a more supportive way to discern what’s changing and how to move forward with intention.
